At Bishop Arts Fitness, our purpose is to give you the right tools to confront limitations and increase your capabilities—both physically and mentally. Our group fitness classes and personal training sessions are designed to help you take control while working toward the goals you value.

BEGINNER
New athletes will get the coaching needed to the learn movements correctly from the beginning. You will get the insight needed to understand the goal for each day and the encouragement to progress your fitness in the right way.
ADVANCED
Seasoned athletes will get the coaching need to continue progressing their fitness while honing in on the imbalances you may not be aware of. With workouts designed to push your threshold, you will get to practice the technical aspects of fitness under a watchful eye and then implement those in a challenging environment while getting more insight to different ways to approach the stimulus.
SPECIALIZED
For the athlete that is training for a specific event or goal, you will get to utilize programming that work with your sport or goal. We will tailor workouts and technique to compliment your specific training and give guidance to improve what you are along doing. Whether you are training for a marathon or a big lift, you will get the coaching you need to improve all aspects of your fitness without compromising your sport.

GROUP CLASSES
Train alongside other members in a dedicated workout class led by our coaches. These classes include a program explanation, warm up, practice and workout—all in a group setting. 6 Month contact discount or Month to Month.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Book 1-on-1 sessions with our coaches for a customized program designed
to help improve any specific goal you may have. Ideal for skill and technique development, assessing mobility and stability limitations, or addressing specific fitness deficiencies.
